Dreams Replace Distance Touches

Just pretend
Pretend for once
you don’t know me.
Come on; it’s not like
you’ve ever known,
known a goddamn thing about
what I see when you’re all alone;
eyes fluttering closed, biting your
lower lip as your hands slid under the covers,
grazing your sun-kissed thighs, traveling to
where we go in dreams unrepeatable.
Ecstasy escapes your breath with the trembling
of your stomach.
Your eyes roll hard, imagining me hard.
Even when you want to, you can’t forget me.
